Accessing Stellic

Access to the Stellic platform and specific student records is managed differently depending on whether advisors are working with undergraduate or graduate students.

Undergraduate Advisors

Advisors who counsel undergraduate students are granted access to the Stellic platform through eORR role security. The FSU_AA_SS_ACCESS_ADVISOR role permits the advisor to view all undergraduate student records within Stellic, mirroring permission logic that applies to the student information system and other undergraduate advising platforms. Refer to Training & Resources for additional information.

Graduate Faculty Advisors in Departments/Serving on Student Committees

Typically, Dean’s Offices partner with the Graduate School to set up their faculty’s access in advance of launch. This will include both access to the Stellic platform itself as and to the students in their respective programs. Faculty who serve as outside committee members can also view the records of those students, if they’re noted as committee members in the Graduate Student Tracking (GST) system.

Don’t have access to Stellic and need it?

The standard steps to request Stellic access are as follows.

  1. Request the role FSU_STELLIC_GRADUATE_ACCESS in eORR. Approval of the eORR role grants access to Stellic itself.
  2. Complete the ASK form. You’ll provide additional context so that the Stellic team can identify the student population(s) and functions needed.

Have access to Stellic but need to tweak it?

Complete the ASK form (#2 above).
